Moving Hood Kiln

Linkcon Thermal Technology provides heavy-duty moving
hood kilns for heavy loads (Graphite Crucibles and so on).

This kiln is an excellent alternative for heavy loads placed in
several stationary bases, and moving hood kiln is travelling
to the required heating station or simply when it is easier to
move the kiln than the load.

Regenerative mode: Regenerative, High Velocity, Pulsed Firing which is run until the volatile gases finish coming out to avoid the regen box damage caused by the maybe partial overheat, now the system is most efficient compared with other system . when the kiln run at 1400ºC the benefit from our flameless flame can be selected above 850ºC,the products will be not affected by high regenerative burners is that combustion air will be preheated up to 1000ºC, flameless flame can be selected above 850ºC,the products will be not affected by high temperature flame and very good temperature distribution.

3 to 5 months, depending on the product selected. For example,Normally it takes 3-3.5 months for shuttle/roller kiln manufacturing, and it takes 4-4.5 months for tunnel kiln manufacturing.  it depends on application of kiln as well.
