Product Benefits:

Excellent environmental performance.The preheated shuttle kiln is able to significantly reduce NOx emissions in the flue gas, well below the national permissible emission standards, ensuring a concentration of less than 100 ppm. This low emission characteristic helps to reduce environmental pollution and meets the requirements of modern industry for environmental protection.

Wide range of applicable fuels.The preheating shuttle kiln can adapt to a wide range of fuels, including light oil, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coke oven gas and mixed gas, etc. In particular, it has a good preheating and combustion effect on low calorific value blast furnace gas and clean generator coal gas, which expands the range of fuel applications.

Flexibility and adaptability.The preheating shuttle kiln is suitable for new construction or technical modification of old shuttle kilns, with simple construction and mature technology. It is also able to meet the needs of small batch and multi-species production, and is suitable for a variety of industrial fields, such as ceramics, refractory materials and so on.

Compact structure and small footprint: The preheating shuttle kiln adopts a lightweight design and uses lightweight refractory materials and fibres as the inner lining, which makes the kiln structure more compact, with a small footprint and relatively low investment.

Improvement of labour conditions.Since kiln loading, kiln discharge and product cooling are all carried out outside the kiln, the hazards of high-temperature operation on workers' body are reduced and labour conditions are improved.

Shorten the firing cycle.Through the application of high-speed airflow and temperature-regulated high-speed burner, the preheating shuttle kiln can achieve rapid heating and cooling, shorten the firing cycle, and improve production efficiency.
